All is well.....

Not much to report. Micah is sleeping, filling his diaper, crying, smiling, frowning, stretching and sneezing. That pretty much sums it up! Not sleeping through the night yet, but that will come later. Check out Micah 365 for daily photos.

Beware of your Postal Carrier!

Not much new going on this week. Micah started wearing cloth diapers (check out the Micah 365 album for a photo of him in his diapers). He also had his second appointment with the pediatrician. He's now 7 lbs, 7 oz (up from birth weight of 6 lbs 13 oz.)



Today the postal carrier had a certified letter required Spring to go down to the lobby to sign. After Spring signed the letter the postal woman followed Spring for a few paces, reached out and touch Micah on his arm! When she reached out Spring pulled Micah back but the postal carrier didn't get the hint.

Warning to all the postal carriers out there....don't touch newborn babies with your dirty hands! :-)

Micah meet Aunt Marquel and Uncle Markell...

...same name, spelled differently, Micah don't be confused.

My sister and my brother-in-law surprised us this weekend by coming down to visit with us. Micah really enjoyed meeting them (his facial expression in the second photo with Marquel is hilarious!).

Micah @ Graduation

The whole family attended Spring's graduation from USC. Micah enjoyed being out with all the scenery and people at USC. Photos from Spring's graduation are posted HERE.

Micah meet Grandma and Grandpa Cooke

My parents are in town to see Micah and celebrate with us for Spring's graduation. They finally laid eyes on Micah in person for the first time tonight.

Don't wake me I'm sleeping!

We have such a fun time trying to wake Micah up to eat every couple of hours.

A Visit from Shaana

Our friend Shaana, who was Spring's classmate/dissertation writing partner in her Doctoral program at USC, came by to meet Micah this afternoon. Micah slept peacefully in her arms.
